Director/CEO
Philippa is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 17 years’ experience in property and over 10 years’ experience in the care sector. She is experienced in the development process and through to structuring and analysing investments and the asset management of built assets.
Cathy Duff
Financial & Investment Manager
Cathy has over 25 years of experience in commercial property investment with global capital. She has first class degree from the University of Cambridge, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and subsequently worked for Citigroup and Rynda Property. For the last five years she has focussed on investment in UK elderly care homes, bringing a funder’s perspective to our mandates.
