This website at mayflygroup.co.uk, referred to in these terms as the “Site”, is operated by Mayfly Care Consultancy Ltd, trading as Mayfly. In these terms, “Mayfly”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mayfly Care Consultancy Ltd.
These terms govern your use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not use the Site.
These terms apply only to use of the Site. Any property, consultancy, agency or other professional services supplied by Mayfly will be governed by the separate terms agreed with the relevant client. Nothing on the Site creates a client, adviser, agent or other professional relationship between you and Mayfly.

3. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and to obtain information about Mayfly and its services.
If you use the Site on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.
You must not:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;
- interfere with the operation, security or availability of the Site;
- use automated systems to scrape, harvest or extract substantial amounts of content or data from the Site;
- reproduce or commercially exploit any substantial part of the Site without our written permission; or

You may view, download and print reasonable extracts from the Site for your own internal, non-commercial use. You must not modify those extracts or use images, graphics or videos separately from any accompanying text.

Submitting an enquiry does not oblige Mayfly to accept instructions, provide services or enter into a business relationship.
You are responsible for ensuring that information sent to us is suitable for transmission over the internet. Please do not submit confidential or commercially sensitive information until appropriate arrangements are in place.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subject to the liabilities that cannot legally be limited, Mayfly’s total liability to a business user arising from or connected with use of the Site or its content will not exceed £1,000.
If you use the Site as a consumer, we are responsible only for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses suffered by consumers.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer.
12. Linking to the Site
You may link to publicly available pages on the Site in a fair and lawful way.
You must not:
- suggest that Mayfly endorses you or your activities where it has not done so;
- link to the Site from an unlawful or misleading website; or
- frame the Site within another website.
We may withdraw permission to link to the Site where there is a reasonable basis for doing so.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these terms or use the Site unlawfully.
Any provisions that are intended to continue after access ends, including those relating to intellectual property and liability, will remain in effect.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you use the Site for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the Site.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live. Any mandatory rights available to consumers outside the United Kingdom are not affected.
